Huawei announces notebook PC with 11th generation Core processor and "MateBook"

　On February 27 (local time), China's Huawei announced three series of notebook PCs, including the new "MateBook X Pro". In both cases, the deployment in Japan is undecided.

　MateBook X Pro is a notebook PC with a 14.2-inch liquid crystal display. The screen resolution is 3120 x 2080 pixels, the number of display colors is 1.07 billion, and the color difference is △E<1. It has a maximum brightness of 500 nits, a contrast ratio of 1500:1, a refresh rate of 90/60 Hz, and a viewing angle of 178 degrees.

　CPU is Core i7-1195G7, GPU is CPU integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics, memory is 16GB (LPDDR4x), and storage is 1TB NVMe SSD. The battery capacity is 60Wh, and the wireless communication functions are Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. The connection interface with the outside is equipped with USB Type-C x 4 and headphone / microphone combo terminal.

　The camera supports 720p, and has 6 speakers and 4 built-in microphones. The external dimensions of the main body are about 310 (width) x 221 (depth) x 15.5 (thickness) mm, and the main body weight is about 1.38 kg. The preinstalled OS is Windows 11 Home.

　The "MateBook E" is a laptop with a detachable keyboard that can also be used as a tablet. The display is a 12.6-inch organic EL with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The maximum brightness is 400 nits in normal mode, and 600 nits in HBM mode. The contrast ratio is 1,000,000:1, and the viewing angle is 160 degrees vertically and horizontally.

　The CPU is equipped with either Core i7-1160G7/i5-1130G7/i3-1110G4. GPU is CPU integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics or Intel UHD Graphics. The memory is 8GB / 16GB (LPDDR4x), and the storage is 128GB / 256GB / 512GB NVMe SSD.

　The battery capacity is 42Wh, and the wireless communication function supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. The external connection interface is equipped with Thunderbolt 4 x 1 and a headphone / microphone combo terminal.

　The camera has 8 million pixels on the inside and 13 million pixels on the outside, and has 4 built-in speakers and 4 microphones. The external dimensions of the main body are about 306 (width) x 215 (depth) x 14.6 (thickness) mm, and the main body weight is about 709g. The preinstalled OS is Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Home S mode.

　"MateStation X" is a desktop PC with integrated LCD. It uses a 28.2-inch liquid crystal display with a screen resolution of 3840 x 2560 pixels. The maximum brightness is 500 nits and the contrast ratio is 1200:1. It covers 98% of the P3 color gamut and 100% of the sRGB color space, and the color difference is called ΔE1.

　The CPU is either Ryzen 7 5800H or 5 5600H, and the GPU is Radeon Graphics integrated with the CPU. The memory is 16GB (DDR4 3200MHz) and the storage is a 512GB NVMe SSD. The wireless communication function uses Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1, and the interface is equipped with USB Type-C x 2, USB Type-A x 2, and a headphone / microphone combo terminal.

　The camera has 1 million pixels and has 3 speakers and 4 microphones. The external dimensions of the main body are about 529.74 (width) x 187 (depth) x 614.16 (height) mm, and the main body weight is about 9 kg. The preinstalled OS is Windows 10 Home, which is eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 11.
